RoughRidersSuites.com is the official single game suites website of the Frisco RoughRiders. RoughRidersSuites.com is designed specifically for premium space sales (e.g. entertainment suites, Teddy’s Tavern, etc.). This website is operated by the Frisco RoughRiders and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the Frisco RoughRiders and Riders Field?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Frisco RoughRiders.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to make a purchase, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. How do I book a Frisco RoughRiders suite?

How do I book a Frisco RoughRiders suite? To rent a Frisco RoughRiders suite at Riders Field, click on the game you wish to attend via the BOOK A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Frisco RoughRiders at at 972-731-9200 or [email protected]

When will I receive my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Frisco RoughRiders will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be delivered digitally. Your representative can assist with digital distribution as needed.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be delivered digitally. After your purchase, you will be contacted by a representative from the Frisco RoughRiders and who will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your guests to ensure proper access into Riders Field.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on RoughRidersSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All premium spaces at Riders Field are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the Home Plate Entrance located at the corner of Diamond Drive and RoughRiders Trail.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on RoughRidersSuites.com include:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

In the event, a game is postponed or rescheduled due to weather, your Account Representative will work with you to reschedule your group for a future game.

What if my event is canceled?

In the event, a game is cancelled entirely due to weather, your Account Representative will work with you to reschedule to a future game.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a RoughRiders catering representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.
Catering preorders are due 48 hours prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food (i.e., snacks vs. full meal) and number of people. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering that includes alcohol will spend $100 per person in their group. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Your premium space may have additional tickets available for purchase. Once you have completed your suite purchase an Account Representative will contact you with additional details. You may purchase additional tickets at that time, if they are available. Representatives can also assist with moving your group to a larger space if needed, subject to availability.

What is the child ticket policy?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Riders Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I allowed to bring into the suite?

Bags that are permitted included:

  • Bags and purses that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Medical bags and manufactured bags that accompany infants and young children will be permitted

Gameday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include a limited number of complimentary parking passes on site. You will be provided with the opportunity to purchase additional discounted passes as well as details on where and how to park.

Where are the VIP entrances?

While Riders Field does not have a designated VIP entrance, Suite purchasers may enter through the Home Plate Gate or the Left Field Gate. Your RoughRiders representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 1 hour prior to first pitch.

Can I order food and drink during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip the suite attendant?

Gratuity is not included, is never expected, but always appreciated.
